925 Financial is a bilingual, women- and Black-owned practice — founded on the belief that good financial guidance shouldn't be reserved for people who already have money.
The story
Our founder is a Florida A&M University graduate, a MED Week finalist, and a BUILD Academy participant who has spent years showing up for her community — at events, in classrooms, and through the Heart In Action Network.
She started 925 Financial because the families she grew up around were rarely the ones financial advice was written for. Low-to-middle income households, first-generation savers, bilingual families, new small-business owners — people with real goals and real discipline, just no one in their corner who spoke their language. Literally.
That's the practice today: plain-language planning in English or Spanish, for everyday people, with the same care a private wealth manager reserves for their largest clients.
